Corpus water disaster leaves tiny Texas neighbors in the dust

A domino effect is unfolding from the water crisis in Corpus Christi, with another South Texas city alleging they were blindsided by an earlier-than-expected loss of a primary water source. “This development from Corpus Christi is unforeseen.”
