Two key Louisiana lawmakers oppose selling water from Toledo Bend to Texas, cite future need

The agency overseeing Toledo Bend Reservoir in western Louisiana should ditch plans to sell water to Texas and instead focus on conserving water for Louisiana, two key state legislative committee chairmen say.
