LAWSUIT: Wayne-Sanderson Farms joins legal opposition to East Texas water export permits

Wayne-Sanderson Farms has filed a lawsuit against the Neches and Trinity Valley Groundwater Conservation District, challenging a proposed East Texas groundwater export plan.
