While 2016 has been a wet year for Texas, it has been fairly common for the state to experience moderate to severe droughts, such as 2011, when an intense drought sparked rationing concerns. To address this issue, speakers at the 16th Annual Bell County Water Symposium focused on the possibilities of aquifer storage and recovery systems.
