Lower Colorado River Authority Seeks Suspension of Water Release Obligation

With all the rain and lakes rising, the Lower Colorado River Authority could be obligated to release water from the Highland Lakes to rice farmers?who say it would be a waste. Our Chris Cybulski went to the heart of rice country to see what farmers want.
