A West Texas Town Struggles With Its Driest Days in Hundreds of Years

Capital & Main Reporter Elena Bruess recently visited Candelaria, a small border town in West Texas, where ranchers and residents are struggling with a sustained megadrought since 2000 that has brought some of the driest days in hundreds of years to the region.
