Rio Grande goes dry in Albuquerque amid water debt to Texas

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Water measurements taken on Tuesday by the Bureau of Reclamation reveal the Rio Grande has dried up completely south of the Interstate 40 bridge in Albuquerque.
