Abbott expects ‘massive investment’ in water infrastructure during 2025 legislative session

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott says he expects lawmakers to make an investment in water infrastructure during the 2025 legislative session. Plans include improving the use of current water sources and expanding wastewater reuse.
