Water levels in Rio Grande reservoirs drop, raising concerns in south Texas

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – The water levels and river flow of the Rio Grande have significantly decreased since the 1970s, according to the United States International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC).
