El Paso sets the pace in Texas by cutting annual water loss to 4.8 billion gallons

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14) — El Paso Water officials said it’s reduced the amount of water it loses each year to 4.8 billion gallons. That makes El Paso the only major city in Texas that has decreased the amount of water they lose.
