City of New Braunfels, NBU, GBRA work together to create new water initiative

One Water New Braunfels was introduced at the Headwaters at the Comal by New Braunfels Utilities (NBU), the city of New Braunfels and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) on Aug. 15.
