Lake Buchanan rises as summer nears, but no water transfer planned to Lake Travis

With Memorial Day, the unofficial start of summer less than a week away, opportunities for rain to fill up local lakes are dwindling. The rain we received last week helped with lake levels, allowing them to rise some.
