After getting the green light by area cities, an aquifer storage and recovery project for Fort Cavazos got the ultimate go-ahead Wednesday after the Bell County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 approved the consulting fees for Austin-based Intera Incorporated and the contract for Andrews and Foster of Athens for drilling services.
