Texas High Plains lakes fullest in recent memory after recent rains

From Lake Alan Henry in Justiceburg to the Panhandle’s major water supply Lake Meredith near Fritch, local reservoir levels in the High Plains are on the rise after recent rainfalls, and for the first time in nearly two years, the region has abandoned drought status.
